Chester, UK I can’t believe I’m doing this, but I haven’t stopped thinking about you since. I don’t even know your name lol. You came and sat down right next to me to watch the Raducanu vs Garcia match in the Pimm’s Piazza in Covent Garden last Wednesday. You had an American accent, blonde hair and I saw your perfect smile through your mum’s (?) phone when you were taking a picture together. I remember you were wearing something orangey, a black one piece or black trousers, white Reebok trainers (the kind I used to have), then you pulled out a black and white cardigan/jumper as well as a blue jacket when it got cold. I remember noticing your tote with a pin badge attached to it when I got up to leave. I now realise there were more opportunities to talk to you than I thought there were at the time, but the only reason I didn’t try to start a conversation is because I knew we’d be in a hurry by the time the match finished. Tbh I would have left sooner if you weren’t sitting next to me, or if I didn’t have my youngest brother with me I would have probably spoken to you and stayed. I did actually turn back around to check if I left anything on or under my chair, but I think I was just hoping you were looking my way again. I thought I heard you talk about Burbank and if you are from the LA area then that would be the worst as one of my best friends lives there and I next go there in October.
